It is with great pleasure that we welcome Robert Todd to the team as European Service Manager.

With over 30 years of engineering knowledge and hands on experience, Robert represents a valuable addition to the existing Trimax team.

Robert started his career working as a Service Technician for Carrs where he put his various Agricultural Engineering skills to the test. Since then, he’s spent the last 26 years at AGCO, working his way up the ranks and ever advancing his technical knowledge & experience.

At AGCO, Robert started as a Technical Training Instructor, moving into a National Service Manager role and lastly as a Product Manager. Highly logical when it comes to problem solving, and passionate about supporting customers and dealer, we’re excited to see this role evolve!

We grabbed a few minutes with Roberts, and here’s what he had to say….


Welcome to Trimax Robert. How have your first few weeks been?

My first couple of weeks have been great, lots to learn, but I’m surrounded by a really helpful and
knowledgeable team that have been showing me the way. I


What will you be focusing on in your new role?

My main focus will be getting to know the products and the dealer network. Product knowledge is key to being able to support the needs of the customer, that’s why I’ve already spent time in assembly to give me a deep dive into some of the products.


What’s been the most enjoyable part of the job so far?

I have to say the most enjoyable part has been the people. It’s a really great team here at Trimax and I’ve been made so welcome.


What makes you perfect for this job?

This job is perfect for me because Service is where I have worked for most of my career, from being out in the field to management of international teams. Service isn’t for everyone, but most problems should be seen as an opportunity to provide excellent support and backup. That’s why customers come back and buy again!!


What do you do in your free time?

I love cycling and getting out in the fresh air with our dog. I also moved house last year, so there’s a lot of work to do to get the garden sorted….
